The best cosmetic MD I have ever been to! Dr Romero is simply the best! I have been going to him for forever! He is kind, professional, proficient and cares about his patients. He doesn’t try to sell you on things you do not need. His injections are unsurpassed and the results are incredible. His staff is amazing and I feel completely comfortable and confident before and after every visit. I highly recommend him to all of my friends and family.

Dr Romero is the best. Scheduling is easy, his office staff is personable and empathic, and Dr Romero is extremely gentle. His professionalism and craft is worth traveling 45 minutes for when there are others closer.

What can I say, you ALWAYS leave Dr Romero’s office not only looking younger but feeling your best! I would never entrust my face to any other doctor!!! His staff members are so warm and soothing that one of his best employees is even named Zen!!! If you are considering having any procedures do not hesitate, he’s the BEST!!! DONT be fooled with this crook opening a fresh bottle of Botox and showing you how pure and authentic it is. HE’S A SCAMMER. Doesn’t matter that he opens new bottles infront of you because he OVER DILUTES it so your paying for units that are extremely weak in potency. This is how he makes his money. He started off by showing me a video of Jennifer Lopez and trying to sell me fillers when I explained to him I was only there for Botox. Then he tells you how many units you’ll need and when I questioned what he recommended might be a little too much for me he quickly got nasty and defensive. Romero is a fake and dont be fooled by all those certifications on his wall... They are all questionable just like all his reviews. It’s a fact he has his wife open up new google emails just so that she can fake really great reviews. Bottom line is after he Injected me with 40 units my face looks scary with a constant scary surprised look that I am now stuck with for the next several months. Some muscles are paralyzed while others are still fully working giving my face a constant scary expression..I wouldn’t even trust him to try to fix it. Horrible job, NEVER AGAIN, TOTAL SCAMMER and works out of his home garage...BE VERY CAREFUL HERE.

I had been seeing dr Romero for a few years never had a problem, until I questioned a price he had given me. Told me one price and charged me another. That wasn’t even the problem, because I can understand we all make mistakes. But when I called his office to question the error he turned on me and began berating me over the phone and then told me never to return to his practice! I have never been spoken to so terribly by a doctor, let alone someone I had paid thousands of dollars to over the years! I am glad this man will never again stick a needle in my face. The experience was actually scary, how someone could change so drastically in one phone call from a “nice” doctor to someone yelling on the end of the phone at his own patient. I’m a nurse and have never experienced such behavior in a doctor in my 17 year career as I did from Dr. Romero this week. Beware

I had a fifteen year relationship with Dr. Romero. I had never once questioned his recommendation about how much filler or Botox he thought I needed. I never questioned price, I trusted him to do the right thing. After spending $3000 in November I felt that my face didn't look symmetrical. I made an appointment, came in and he didn't want to hear it. He turned on me as if it was my fault. Basically fired me from his practice. What happened to the caring Doctor I thought I knew. Not very professional Barbara
