NO NO NO !!! This doctor did the Urolift procedure on me and now I am permanently damaged from it. My new Urologist said I need surgery to fix Dr Walsh's botched procedure. My new doctor wants to do a green light surgery but he said I may have to self catheterize myself daily for the rest of my life or all the scarring will come back. In short the Urolift made my condition worse and I regret ever listening to Dr Walsh talk me into it !!!

Dr Walsh arranged an appointment for me immediately when needed. He scheduled a surgery for me at Eisenhower with the radiologist and came to the surgery even though he was not the surgeon. He contacted my primary urologist (Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN) who called me to schedule my follow up appointment there.

Literally NEVER ENDING nightmare !!! After having the Urolift procedure it healed all kinds of wrong including scar tissue. Also had to get a catheteter put in after the procedure. Now faced with laser surgery to correct all the scar tissue and healing wrong. My new Urologist said after the laser surgery I would have to self catherize DAILY for the REST OF MY LIFE or the scar tissue would most likely return. So now I have a LIFE SENTENCE of self catheterizing everyday. I was NOT informed about this from Walsh. I was not told about any what could go wrong and if It did about the self catheterizing FOREVER. WARNING WARNING WARNING DO NOT DO NOT get the Urolift procedure no matter how good he tries to make it sound.

What's to say about Lance, he's a fine man indeed. His report described me as a gentleman. Great bedside manner -- during my procedure, he went above and beyond what was anticipated by us both. I'm happy he is my doctor. -J

I encountered a medical problem while vacationing in the desert as a result I was referred to the center's 24/7 service and Dr. Lance Walsh -- Everybody involved could not have been more accommodating . . . Dr. Walsh fit me into his schedule and he and his office staff provided wonderful care and communicated their findings to my personal physician here in New York. I have some tests to follow now that I am home, but I couldn't have been more pleased with my treatment at Eisenhower Medical Center.

Dr. Walsh was very helpful in explaining my brother's options when an X-ray showed the spots on his kidney had grown. He was professional and knowledgable.
