Blue Cross / Blue Shield
When a person makes an appointment, the staff should pay enough attention to detail to ask for CURRENT contact information instead of relying on what is in the computer. I lost four hours of leave because they left a message on my OLD phone number. Dr. DiGrazia is very good though, but don't count on the staff for anything. I was especially surprised by the check in clerk's comment of "Have a good one" in her sarcastic tone as I was leaving.
