Absolutely rigid. I wanted to undergo vasectomy surgery. So, I serched the doctor for that under my insurance and called her for referral, she asked me to visit her first and gave me a appointment after 15 days... stupid, she didn't check me seriously just how r u and hows ur health and is ur wife ok etc.... time pass. when I go for blood check and ask her the report. she says she can't fax it, ok. mail me. no.. can't mail. I finally said ok. I will come and pick up. NO.... you have to make an appointment and then get it after paying your co-pay... girdy doctor. I never never never never recommand.
