I have been a long time patient of Dr Dean; prior to my husbands death Dr. Dean was also his primary care physician. I cannot say enough good about Dr. Dean. He has always taken the time to sit down and talk to me about whatever took me in even going above and beyond the usual time limits I know he must have been under. He also made referrals, when I needed, to other physicians outside of his practice --his staff took the time to schedule these appointments. His office always managed to work me in if problems arose that warranted in my opinion an office visit. I can also attest to the fact that he is respected by other associates in the medical community.

Not happy with his staff of PA or whatever they are. They don’t even have decency to call me back with results so I can ask them questions

Have been a patient of Dr Dean's for years. Getting any kind of treatment is like pulling teeth. He doesnt believe in any ailment. It's all in your head. Have had chronic migraines for 30 years, he doesnt believe in them or treating them. Believes its caused by "something else" and I need to find out what, there's no such thing as chronic migraines is his stance. Been having trouble sleeping during this pandemic garbage and being out of work and all the stress. Tried to prescribe something i had had years ago that didnt work, when i said it didnt work, i was told to take benadryl. Do yourself a favor, find another doctor like I'm going to. This one doesnt believe anything could possibly be wrong with you and if you need medicine you're just gonna become a drug addict. Good luck if you stay here.

Have known this doctor all his life. Worked with him some in past. One of my close relatives was his long time patient, most unfortunately. (I should've "rated him" sooner, I'm sure.) Over the years, he missed several of this relative's most urgent diagnoses, heart-related critical stuff, too, that any medical student would have known. Why? It was due his disinterest in her situation at each visit (we all noticed); treated her like a Walmart Line Customer, without regard to anything but his next upcoming break. These were "classic clinical presentations" he missed at each visit she had in his office, too. And he did this to her repeatedly? Wow. What a guy! His main goals in life are still to climb the social ladder (1st) & make more money -working Insurance for all its' worth, "upcoding" - instead of concentrating on his Patients' needs. Spends all his time (as always has) making sure he "looks good" to most Others, and especially, to the medical world he slinks in...with his nose high in the air...as usual. Unfortunately, being a "good doctor" for certain lesser deemed ones is not on his high end social ladder list of goals to do as a doctor in this life, we have all seen. Very pretentious doctor, this one is. Values controlling all those around him, absolutely. And always has, too. Ugh. Major creep. Unreliable as a doctor.

I have been a patient for a long time and have never had anything negative with Dr. Dean or his nurses. His bedside manner is above and beyond as he and his nurse that's been with him since I've been in the practice take care of all my needs from medical diagnosis, treatment, referrals and much more. The dinamics around these two is inspiring and eases my mind to know I am in good hands. I can't imagine anyone could not feel the energy, true devotion and involvement Dr. Dean and his staff have for all their patients. We are all human so their not perfect....but who is? I recommend him to anyone looking for a family care physician!

Dr. Dean is very and knowledgeable, yet uses language that is clear and easy to understand. He fully explains his diagnosis and recommendations and gives the patient time to ask questions, without feeling rushed. When I had to be referred to a specialist, Dr. Dean made a follow-up phone call to ask what the specialist had done and how my recovery was progressing!

Didn't seem to have much knowledge of medicene. Didn't take time to try to figure out how to make you feel better. Gives you some basic medicene and rushes you out. Never helped me feel better. Never took the time to listen to what I really might have needed to help cure the problem.
