First of all good luck getting an appointment for something serious. Once there get ready to be reminded you have poor people insurance. He only does it to collect quick, easy money. He could care less about you as a human. He should call it god and retire. Most doctors go into this practice to help the fellow human. I guess Dr. De Leon miss the memo.

Extremely rude receptionist/account clerk!!!! She was unhelpful and treated me like garbage..not a family oriented environment.I will never go there again!

I have been with this doctor for over a year now. I dread going to him but have no choice due to my current employment status & having medi-cal as my insurance coverage. He RARELY talks to me, he just sits and writes a bunch of stuff, never smiles, never shows any concern that i am dealing with any discomforts and when the visit is over he just walks out. There was a time that he actually did talk and it was only after i complained to his nurse about how cold he is. I am assuming she mentioned it to him and in my visit he talked about people having medi-cal and that it's like he has to pay out of his pocket to see "these people". I couldn't say anything because i was in such shock...just because i have medi-cal now does not mean i will never have other health insurance. And he totally blew it as far as referrals go, i know for a FACT i will NEVER refer him to any of my friends...NO ONE!

The receptionist is rude and the office is very very outdated. The dr writes everything free hand and barely speaks. If he does he is hars to understand. My ears hurt and he only looked in them and didnt seem to have medical tools to check them out.

my visit was regarding my hearing, the Dr talked and questioned me about everything else but that, and wanted me to do a chest xray and lab work which has nothing to do with what I went in for. Everything that came out of his mouth made no sense, not a good listener, did not seem to care about my feelings and struggles. Not once did he look at me, just sat at the desk and jotted down some sort of notes, notes that had nothing to do with anything i had to say because it was complete silence. very rude and not clear in his English at all. very old school on his ways does not seem up to date with the 2011. plus charged me $30 to have some papers filled out for work
