Dr. Loutzenhiner is a excellent doctor. He was very clear in talking with my wife and I. He made us feel very comfortable and confident in the procedure. His staff was always very nice.

by Ruth D October 2013 Dr. Loutzenhiser is the most caring person. Having had pain in my back for years, he ordered the MRI and found all the problems that needed to be fixed. He explained every detail and I went for it. Not an easy operation, L 2-5 laminectomy with spinal fusion. Now after the 12 weeks recovery, I am pain free and ready to ride a bike, hike some 14ers and skiing . He gave me my life back. What a wonderful surgeon.

Dr. Loutzenhiser is a spine doctor who performed an anything but routine surgery on my back an got me from a wheelchair to walking to a very speedy recovery. I would without question recommend him for anybody with back issues.

The staff was always polite. The Drs have personal Med Assistants who are available via phone or at visit for all your needs. Dr Loutzenhiser was referred to me by my Primary Dr and I found him to be very personable and his willingness to answer any question presented was refreshing. I would definitely refer to anyone.

Dr. Loutzenhiser is the best! I had been suffering for almost a year with a herniated disc. Before the injury, I worked long hours, played hard, and worked out every day. Slowly all of that slipped away as my back declined. Making the decision to have surgery was not an easy one for me. Dr. Loutzenhiser's knowledge, wonderful bedside manner, and confidence is just what I was looking for. I had surgery with him, and with in two weeks I had my life back. I am eternally grateful to him. He was the perfect choice for me, and will be for you too.

I had a minimally invasive spine surgery performed on my lower back. This was performed by Dr. Loutzenhiser. I had root compression on my right side for over 12 years, and had two other surgical procedures and neither of them reduced the pain. I was told disc fusion was my last hope and I was concerned. The surgery was described as very invasive and required an extensive recovery process. Dr. Loutzenhiser, assured me that the invasively cutting surgeries of the past were no longer needed. He thoroughly explained the minimally invasive process he performs and how it compares to the other, longer, surgeries. He explained the process, and supplied me with extensive documentation on the surgery so I was well informed when I chose this procedure. The results have been far beyond anything I could have imagined. I feel wonderful now, the recovery process was very quick. I would definitely recommend this minimally invasive procedure and the high quality work of Dr. Loutzenhiser.
