Personally, I like Dr. Thurber. She listens to her patients and her treatments are fine. But today is the last straw and I won't be going back to her office. My original appt. was scheduled for Friday. Her office called me and asked to reschedule for Thursday because she was going out of town. I rescheduled all of my Thursday appts. to accommodate her. After all of the trouble I went to, she leaves me waiting in the office for over an hour past our scheduled appt. I finally got up, asked for my co-pay back , and left.
Why can't Docs call you and tell you that they're running late? Why make you sit around their office when you could be getting things done at home or work? It is so inconsiderate!
