I have never been so disrespected in my life! I went in for a contact follow up appointment and felt like I was in the twilight zone. I think the man has dementia and needs to retire. I left mad and crying and will be reporting him to the board and BCBS!!!!

Absolutely terrible! You should not go to him. He is a competent optometrist however they are rude and charge the patients more than the insurance benefits say should be charged and then Dr Fleming calls himself to argue with you if you file a claim against him with the insurance company which I have done for being charge $45 for a visit instead of the $10 co pay that the insurance company says he should charge. Also, the staff is rude if you complain and they wait weeks to call you back and then tell you that you are wrong. So good luck and God bless!
