I'm surprised she is still in business. Her staff turn over rate is astounding. Every visit seems like it's a different nurse helping me. She is always late, never on time. Her voice is annoying and her bed side manner is horrible.

Her staff are excellent. The receptionist lady Mary was always nice to talk to. The gentleman Zack, one of the back office medical assistants was always so accommodating and professional. Doctor's always late. The staff always try their best to cater to their patients but the doctor will not be in the office to see her first patient until at least a quarter past 11 am. Ridiculous. She always seem frazzled and never had enough patience to listen to my concerns.

This doctor was professional and thorough. She was kind , unhurried and made me feel very comfortable. I believe the negative comments posted on this site are from bitter competitors or unstable people. I have never seen this doctor be rude to patients or refuse to address their concerns. She goes out of her way to save you money, if possible and gives a lot of free samples.

Apparently she doesn't really care about her patients helath, just their appearance. She tried to prescribe an oral medication that she described as having very few side effects, when I looked it up at home it can cause birth defect and some very serious health issues. Also when I asked her to check a few moles just to make sure they were fine she told me she couldn't do that. This woman and her staff are completely useless. She shouldn't be a doctor.

This dermatologist (an actual SKIN doctor!!) had NO non-latex gloves in her office at my visit and still had not obtained any for my next visit and had to cancel. When she initially saw me, she put latex gloves on (even though I had indicated I was allergic), then when I pointed it out to her, took them off and washed her hands. All that are allergic to latex know that latex is difficult to get off. She then touched my face with her hands and, of course, I got an allergic reaction. She also gave me medication that made me sick but when I called to have it switched...I was told I had to come back in to see the doctor. I asked to speak directly with the doctor and was not allowed. Absolutely ridiculous. Her medical assistant never even explained (or gave me something in writing) on how to use the products they wanted me to buy. Then I received a letter saying that she would no longer be treating me. Very unprofessional.
