Never on time. Always wait more than 30 minutes for appointment. Hours are very poor. Secretary is never informative and always have to call even when I have refills. Finally they never will answer the phone til far after they are supposed to be in the office and always seem to close early. Mess with people's livelihood. DO NOT GO THERE! Thank you

Some years ago when we lived in Ct. I brought both my girls to Dr. Crabbe. I found him and his staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Crabbe actually gave me names of books where I could research help with my bipolar child. I remember one time that he actually called me back from his conference in Calif. after consulting with other colleagues after an issue I had with my bipolar daughter. I cannot thank him enough for the support and help he gave my husband and I. I would definitely recommend him. In fact, I wish he were still my daughter's doctor as we now live in Fl.

He is all about the medication and does not address anything else. he does not communicate or ask for feedback after placing someone on medication.

Fast-food doctor. Has you in and out in under 10 minutes and can't remember a thing about patients without their file

DO NOT VISIT HIM - Dr. Crabbe is a HORRIBLE psychiatrist. I don't doubt that he's a smart man, but he's a terrible doctor. The waiting time is never below 45 minutes - I would actually schedule my appointments for 30 minutes before I could actually be there. He is completely unreliable when it comes to prescription refills. I actually had to track down his PERSONAL cell phone number from another doctor of mine in order to speak with him. He is also the most INSENSITIVE doctor I've ever dealt with - he never took my issues seriously, and was always belittling me. I chose him for the convenience of his office location, but now that he's moved to Waterford, I'm finding someone else. Find someone else, seriously.

Crabbe was easily one of the worst doctors I have EVER seen. I was always in his waiting room for at least an hour, and his staff was NOT helpful, and when I finally got in there, 45 minutes or more after the scheduled appt time, all he was concerned about was how old he looked. He just sat there pretty much staring blankly into space. He seemed very, very strange, as if he were just treating his job like he was going to a picnic. Every time I went there, he seemed quite spaced out. Once, he asked me out of nowhere if I was a Satan worshipper. He even let slip that I would be a very interesting experiment, when talking about changing my meds. He is one of the biggest reasons I don't trust psychiatrists anymore.
