I am a newer patient to this office, and I had an overall great experience with this staff. My first appt was like none other, and the Carla was absolutely fantastic! She takes care of anything you need and is very knowledgeable, and makes me comfortable and not nervous about appts. A previous person had a negative review, but myself and others I know who go there have never seen anything but professionalism in every way from her. She seems to be the main one who makes tbe office have such a great atmosphere and makes it all go smoothly. The only complaint per se is the older lady at the front desk can be off-putting and rude, and in my few interactions with her she doesn't know much. Trying to leave took a long time because she was slow and seemed flustered. Also, the girl who helped with one of my appts smells really bad of cigarettes and I didn't like that. Other than that, I like going there!

I've been a patient with Dr. Gill for fourteen years. I find her to be professional, friendly and an excellent dentist. Her staff is always welcoming .

Went to see Dr. Gill as a new patient. I had a broken and infected tooth. I was in a tremendous amount of pain. The only thing that she wanted to talk about was the "goals" for my smile. When I told her my goal was to get the broken tooth out of my mouth she became somewhat upset. Almost defensive. She obviously cannot recognize a dental emergency. The staff was nice however in the patient fascilitators office there were patients charts turned so you could see the patient names and even an insurance veification form turned so I could see their name AND social security. So obviously HIPAA is not important to them.
