I have been increasingly disappointed by the wait times for Dr. Glickman — Today I had a 9 am appointment but I was not seen by her until 10am. And she only spent 7 minutes with me and my girlfriend, an RN. I need to use a speech app to communicate effectively with her so it sometimes requires more time. I don’t mind waiting 15 m to 30 min but 1 hour is too long. Later I mentioned this to the scheduler for my next appointment who said that the only times she has when I could be guaranteed an on-time meeting with Dr. Glickman the first morning appointment and the first appointment after lunch. So this is hardly equitable for the majority of patients who cannot make it to those appointment times. The average wait time in the Orlando area is 20 minutes.

I strongly agree with the others. The Staff is just very unprofessional. I was told at the reception that I missed my 11:15 am appointment today Dec. 4. I argued with the receptionist that my appointment on the paper they mailed to me said : 1/15. The lady insisted that it was 11:15. I showed the paper marked 1/15. The other lady corrected the time by inserting a colon mark to look like it was 11:15 and just said sorry. They do not call to remind you of your upcoming appointment like all the other doctors. The least they could have done is squeeze me in even as the last patient. That is what I get for having a clerk who can not write the time properly. Her 11:15 appointment looks like this."1115". Does the doctor even know what damage this has caused to my nerves and blood pressure because of inefficient front desk clerks? I would never recommend this office because of unfriendly, unhelpful staff.

Horrible staff , I had to drop them and go to other specialists .I will not recommend it .Sorry I had a bad experience from the beginning, they're not in care business only money;((((

I really liked Dr Glickman for years, felt she was on target with helping me figure out I had parathyroid tumor. Problem, big problem came when I was told I owed them 1400$, due to not being covered by insurance anymore! Do you think ANYONE in billing could have called me over a year's time to tell me this was going on?! THEN, when I was paying 30$ a month to reduce the balance, they TERMINATED ME AS A PATIENT. Their fault but penalized me. BE SURE to check on your own if there is a change in your insurance with them, as they seem oblivious to how important that is to the patient and their ability to pay. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Glickman is compassionate, listens to her patient and explains treatment, a rare find. The office is busy but the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Glickman for a couple of years and have found her to be very knowledgeable. She is compassionate and understanding and I never feel like just a number. Although other posts claim her staff are not the best, this has not been my experience, sometimes you get what you give!
