Dr Dotson is very attentive, very helpful,and is genuinely concerned about her patients. I feel very comfortable with talking to her about all of my concerns and she listens. I really appreciate her!

Dr. Dotson is a very nice lady. She was very sweet and she listened to me tell her what was going with my body instead of talking over me like most doctors do.. Dr. Dotson gave me some very good advice about staying healthy. She was great!!! : )

Very helpful and thorough doctor. She is very genuine. Dr. Dotson delivered my third child back in 2006 when she was during her residence at UT a Family Medical Center in Jackson, TN. I loved her compassion. She became my doctor from then on. She always showed concern. I hate that she moved to St. Louis and I wish I could have went with her so she could have continued to be my doctor. That's the type of doctor I wish everyone could have.
