Staff is very friendly. I love how every time i come in they always great me. The ladies always smile. its nice to go to an office where they are friendly and not rude like most offices. The doctors are all amazing too!! I def will recommend them to everyone.

I agree with the last review. But first, the staff is very rude. They seemed to be annoyed when I asked why other people were being taken before me, being that my appt was before theirs. They do not give confirmation calls prior to the appt. and when I approached her asking to do so next time in front of the doctor, she said "we call" basically calling me a liar. The first time meeting him, he seemed pleasant, but at my follow up appointment, which was to review my labs and to prescribe me the correct dosage of thyroid meds, he basically shrugged off the results because according to him my weight should reflect a different dosage then what my labs were showing. I'm not your typical hypothyroid patient. I'm thin as always have been. Think outside the box! Everyone is DIFFERENT! He was not listening to me and is response to anything I did have to say, seemed to come right out of a textbook. I want a doctor that will explore my symptoms further than what he learned in school. I left extremely frustrated and nothing was accomplished. Finding a different doctor.

Dr. Troya is fantastic!!! I have been going to him for several years, he is very professional but, very friendly.
