I was treated with upmost respect from the moment I was taken in the clinical area until the time I left. Dr. Botts spend time answering my questions and making sure I understood everything about my condition. His assistant was not only knowledgeable about eye care, but was considerate and understanding as well. I paid a little more than I would have had I visited one of the local chains, but would not trade the experience for anything and will be back and recommending this office to all my friends.
