The office staff is very hard to deal with for anything beyond checking you in and out. Nine days to get a preauthorization for a prescription completed and all any of them had to say was the doctor has it. Well go say something to him then. I had to talk to four people to get that done if it actually gets done. Don't even bother with dealing with Lisa.
