Worst doctor I have ever been to. Gave her multiple chances over a few years a while back. She was my primary care physician and I came in three different times with the same issue, but by the time the appointment rolled around (usually at least a week because the clinic could not get me in sooner) the symptoms had mostly subsided. She insinuated that I was not actually having the symptoms that I was and she told me "sometimes having symptoms like these are part of being a woman." Still do not know what she meant by that, because believe me, the symptoms I was having were NOT in any way, shape, or form "normal". Long story short, almost had to get surgery because the issue had lasted so long, which she did not diagnose. So i went to a specialist, which she didn't feel that I needed to go to, and they switched my medication which solved the issue. Extremely unhelpful and rude.

I do NOT recommend Dr. Chacko or Evergreen Primary Care in Sammamish. When I went in with a minor issue, Dr. Chacko ordered three expensive tests to uncover what was going on, but then she let me figure out the results on my own once the radiology results were posted in the portal. After several frustrating days of calling Evergreen Primary care in Sammamish and receiving no response to help me understand the results of the ultrasound, I finally made a follow up visit online and came equipped with a list of questions about the findings that I got the pleasure of deciphering myself. Dr. Chacko acted arrogant and condescending when I asked questions about the ultrasound results. She haughtily asked me why I made the appointment and told me I should be speaking to a specialist. I told her I'm simply trying to understand the results of the tests SHE ordered. She was belittling and completely unprofessional when answering my questions. I finally just left the visit. I'd had enough and I will give Evergreen more details about my experience. I'm starting to understand why Dr. Chacko had so many slots open. Don't go to this doctor is you like to ask questions about your own health. It clearly bugs her.

Dr Chacko is just extra Greedy because you barley see anyone in her office so she demands and wants you to make a visit for every little thing you are concerned about so for example if you need her to sign off on some medical papers for any reason that you have you MUST AND NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THAT PURPOSE ONLY AND HER STAFF ARE UNDER TRAINED UNSKILLED UNHELPFUL AND ARE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE TO DO ANYTHING USELESS AND SHE GETS BIG 000000000000 FOR ANYTHING AND NOPE NO RECOMMENDATION FOR THAT DR CHACKO NO NOPE NAH NEVERRRRRRRR.
