I have been seeing Dr. Proctor for nearly five years and have been very pleased. She has always been courteous and treated me like a person and not a patient. I highly reccommend.

Dr. Proctor is one of the best doctors out there. She is friendly, courteous, and professional and went the extra mile for me in every way. My husband and I initially sought her help after having difficulty conceiving. She offered the help and advice that led to a successful pregnancy. Throughout my pregnancy and delivery, Dr. Proctor kept me well informed and provided quality care with a warm bedside manner. I would highly recommend her.

I went in for annual gyno exam and I was a new patient. This doctor treated me like an assemblage of parts, never asked me any questions about my previous history and didn't seem to listen when I explained some problems I was having with my period. I doubt I had more than 10 minutes with her before she rushed out.

I felt like a number and not a person in this clinic. I went in for an annual pap smear and exam. Dr. Proctor seemed very indifferent and detached, she did not seem to be interested at all in discussing some of my issues: menopause and resulting sleep problems. I told her I wanted to go back on PremPro for my menopause since I had used it successfully before. She put me on birth control pills instead! Which I used for a day or two and then tossed because of the side effects. Also while I was in my examination with her I told her I wanted to try one of the newer non-addictive sleep aids like Lunesta or Rozerem because of my sleep disorder. She said she did not know anything about Rozerem but she would give me a short supply of Lunesta and that I should go to my "normal doctor" for that problem, even though it's menopause-related. She kept trying to finish her appointment with me as quickly as possible and then didn't know my name when she went to write my prescriptions. POOR!!!

Doctor failed to get information regarding abnormal pap test to patient (former breast cancer patient) until I followed up approx. 2 months later. I called to followup on cholesterol test results which were to be mailed to me and were not, Dr. Proctor called back and we exchanged two voice mails. Nothing was ever mentioned regarding an abnormal pap. Finally two months later I called the office manager to request my cholesterol test results only to find out that the doctor had wanted to tell me about abnormal pap. I never received a letter and if I had not called I may never have known. Finally received letter, certified regarding results approx. 3 1/2 months after my visit. I am a former cancer patient so this was incredibly distressing and irresponsible.
