I have been going to this practice for over 10 years. Have recently had the worst customer service experiences with office manager Bonnie Fuentes and I will never return. False advertising on website of office hours as they often close early. She would not allow my son to pick up my night guard that they forgot to return to me at end of visit. She suggested I leave work early to retrieve. I took 1 hour vacation time to do so and when I arrived the office was closed early. I called first and the voicemail said if it was during business hours they were busy at the moment but would call back. No indication that they were closed early.

Outdated and unsanitary practice, they have the receptionist try to take X rays but she does not know how to use the outdated equipment, and the "dentist" tries miserably to do the dental cleaning hurting you in the process. Oh, and he ask you to swallow the saliva that accumulates in the open mouth as they don't have a spitting bowl! very surreal and absolutely uncomfortable.

I have been a patient of Dr Skvorak for over 20 years. He is an incredible dentist and does a great job explaining the process or procedures needed. He is very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Skvorak.
