I saw Dr. Rand for an emergency visit. She did not seem to have the knowledge that I thought a dentist should have. She was very rude and seemed to be in a rush to leave the office. I felt that I didn't get the proper diagnosis and the attention that a Dr. Should give a patient even seemed annoyed at my questions regarding my treatment. I would never refer anyone to that office.

I found Dr Rand to be highly educated, professional and courteous. She was very gentle and I had cosmetic work that was beautiful. I am truly happy with her and her staff. Her hygienists are gentle and thorough. Her front desk is helpful and very friendly. I wouldn't go to any other dentist! She is the best!

Very unprofessional and poor bedside manner. Had fillings done that needed to be redone.She said I must have pulled them out? She also was goimg to charge me again and it was a month after they were done. They did fall out again and I went somewhere else.I have spoke to others that have experienced poor work also and were very umhappy. I would never recomend her to ANYONE

After finding her and her office staff unprofessional I left her practice. Two yrs after I left a crown that she put in cracked. After speaking to her receptionist and giving her the info I was treated very poorly. When I called back to let them know I had a pic of the broken crown I was told that she nor the company who makes the crown are liable. She doesn't replace broken crowns nor does the company who makes them. I found it disgusting that she didn't offer to show pic to the maker of the crown. She doesn't stand behind her work. So now because I am extremely uncomfortable I will be paying over $1000 for a new crown, because it's less then 5 yrs my insurance won't pay for any of it.

When I had billing questions I was attacked by Dr Rand while sitting in chair getting a bridge fitted by her assistant. I was not allowed to discuss my concerns about overbilling me becausse she would not discuss it I paid my bill , and will never recommend this Dentist to anyone. She is abrasive when she is questioned in any way--She works fast when working on your teeth and doesn't allow you breaks until she is done. I had to raise my hand several times so i could swallow and breath.
