I have never had a problem in all the times my kids have seen Dr. Coplin in 4 years. The staff is kind and couteous, my. Children don't mind going to the dentist and always look forward to the ball they receive after their checkups.

My biggest issue with Matthew is he seems to bait and switch. I schedule an appointment with him and the next thing I know my children are being seen by another dentist with no prior knowledge of this new dentist. I don't like that, if I have an appointment with a Dr. that is who I expect the appointment to be with. I also am not fond of their "you can't come back and see what we are doing to your children" policy. Not going back and don't recommend.
