Dr. E is thorough and takes his time ensuring your understanding of any issue and proposed treatment. His staff is very polite and professional.

Dr Ereinhoffer has treated my mom and really is the reason she is with us. She has emphysema for over 15 yrs and he has kept her out of the hospital and kept her from getting worse.
To the person who met Dr Eireinhoffer once and formed her opinion , thats sad, because she is missing out on an extremely caring physician.

Dr. Einreinhofer is the BEST Dr. I ever had! I am an extremely hard person to please when it comes to Dr.'s - I have had so many bad experiences and the rest were just "run of the mill" at best which is probably why I just stopped going, in hindsight a choice made to my detriment. I went to him on somone's recommendation not expecting much however I was pleasantly surprised after my first visit when I was diagnosed with Stage IV COPD. Not something a person should be happy about, but knowing I am in the hands of Dr. Einreinhofer I know that he sincerely works hard to do all he can to help me cope. I find scheduling very accomodating and the staff friendly. Wait time no more than 5 min. Dr. Einreinhofer takes the time to listen and answer all my questions. His bedside manner is IMPECCABLE! I have called him nights when I had difficutly getting a medication dispenser to work properly because the pharmecy couldn't help and it was "after hours" when I dialed the 1-800 number on the box. Dr. Einreinhofer to my rescue, patiently guided me through what I needed to do. He has been equally helpful for things more serious in nature (symptoms I was experiencing) and for which I called him over the weekend. He never makes me feel I am interrupting him (although we both knew I was) no matter what the issue is. He is just so calming and reassuring - just the kind of thing you need to hear when you feel you are in a crisis situation. AND ...For any woman that feels they can only relate to female Dr.'s (as I once did), Dr. Einreinhofer changed my whole opinion about that too. I have concluded after 40+ years of medical care, it all comes down to having an exceptional Dr. like Dr. Einreinhofer ... truly the BEST!

I was referred to Dr. Einreinhofer by my PCP about a possible sleep disorder. I was scheduled and completed a sleep study and multiple sleep latency test. After a week and not hearing back about my results, I called the sleep center. They would not provide me my results so I called Dr. Einreinhofer. His receptionist said they did not receive my results. They called the sleep center, got my report, faxed it to me and scheduled me an appointment. The report already had my diagnosis on it so I assumed my appointment would be about the treat. But no. Since another doctor had already started me on a medication used to treat such disorders, he wanted to speak with him before treating me. A few days went by and I never heard back so I called them again. The receptionist again was clueless (but she is nice and tries to help). Later that night, she called me back and explained that Dr. Einreinhofer did speak with my other doctor and that my other doctor would be treating me. I asked what the treatment was, was the other doctor going to call and schedule an appointment, etc. She did not know and said she'd have Dr. Einreinhofer call me back. The next afternoon, I call back and ask the receiptionist if he would still be calling me. She said she left it on his desk the night before but would follow up. I called again at 5:15 but the office was closed. So now I called the other doctor he dumped me over to, and the receptionist said he is booked until 8pm tonight and it's a Friday and won't be back until Wednesday. So now I have to suffer with this chronic illness yet another week without treatment. I don't even know why I was scheduled an appointment with Dr. Einreinhofer about my results in the first place. Oh that's right, $$$.

(I'm giving Staff only 1 star because Dr. Einreinhofer's ability to follow up is non-existent and only cares about making a buck. However, his receptionist does the best she can and if I could rate her only, I would give her 5 stars).
