The doctor has poor bedside manners. I asked a question and he became confrontational and dismissed my concerns stating, “ I do not have time for this. I am very busy and I have other patients to see. I am not repeating myself.” I was appalled by his rude behavior. Afterwards, a member of his staff also exemplified poor bedside manners by trying to argue with me about my concerns with the doctor. I will never attend this eye clinic again. I am very disappointed in the unprofessionalism I experienced.

I have been a patient of Dr. Charles A. Nassauer for the last six years, and I have only had good experiences and accurate results from this office, Dr. Nassauer is very professional,yet personable, I give them a very favorable rating.
