Told I could get an appt for a PAP. They changed it to a Telehealth visit and made me pay $190 up front, saying PAP would be included. Telehealth was simply a telephone call from a restricted number so I don't even know if it was the Dr. I was talking to. Got the bill and they charged an additional $45 for the non-visit, plus $55 for alcohol abuse and depression screenings, which I didn't agree to or need. I guess it was supposed to go to insurance so I they thought I wouldn't see those charges. They then changed my rescheduled PAP appointment to a follow up Telehealth visit and scheduled the PAP for a month out. They later called to reschedule the PAP again for another month out, making it 3 months from when the original appt was supposed to be. They said it was because the doctor wasn't going to be coming into the office at all in March. I asked if they had another office and was told "NO". Cancelled my appointments and asked for a refund of my $190. No response.

You better take out half your day to go here. Wait time is ridiculous. Doctor is in such a hurry , talks too fast and when she's gone you still have questions.

They give patients lips service take there money label patients drug seekers hypochondriac and the way they treat the staff with bullying and commanding good luck too you guys

This office has not been able to keep front office staff nor back office staff please re think about going to this office
