Staff left voicemail but I couldn't understand the message and most importantly, the return phone number

staff worked well as a team.. i arrived 15 min early as instructed but was still seen 20 min later than my appt time. once in the back though, the doctor addressed all my concerns efficiently with the help of two staff. they had me in, treated and out quickly. Ii never felt rushed, just that they were knowledge and efficient.

got an abnormal biopsy on a mole. recpetionist called to make another appointment, did not tell me what the app was for when i preceded to ask. Then when they told me they were removing my moles after i got there i decided to call my mother who is an r.n and she told me to go to her surgeon. Dr. then told me that i wasted her time and she could of had three other patients in my time slot. She should of told me what the app was for and what was getting done rather than tell me nothing then get annoyed when i tell her she will not be performing the surgery on me. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EVER. AND DO NOT RECOMMEND HER.
