I think the things I dislike the most are 1. if you pay with a credit card, you will be charged extra, 2. the staff can be quick, mean, or rude, and 3. the office in Bearden NEEDS to be open for more hours and days, they don't give patients in that area a break. I don't know any physicians office off the top of my head that charges a patient if they use a credit card! NOWHERE....I have seen a lot of physicians in my life and no one has done that. They should be ashamed of themselves, seems all they care about is money and getting real quick off the phone.

Office staff are rude. I was also charged for items that they did not provide. I actually wore the device into the visit yet they billed my insurance for it. Shady. Asked to get a copy of my XRay and was told I'd have to pay for it AGAIN. Just seem like a lot of padding pockets going on. Initial problem was never really addressed, despite several return trips. Finally took my business elsewhere.

Wonderful experienced doctor with a genuine sense of making you comfortable and informining you of what needs to be done. Best physician experience I have had in many years. This was my first visit and I was more than pleased.

THE WHOLE ATOMOSPHERE OF THIS OFFICE WAS GREAT. THE OFFICE STAFF AND DOCTOR WAS PROFESSIONAL ,COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY . VERY RELAXING. EXPLAINED PROCEDURES AND FOLLOW UP EDUCATION....IF YOU NEED A PODIATRIST THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!
