Dr. Kimura is not a good communicator. I saw him for two years and every time I saw him, he and I had misunderstandings. He gives vague responses to questions. And rather than tell you exactly what is going on, he just talks to the dental assistant or hygienist and then leaves. I finally left his practice when I came in to get some cavities fixed, and he decided to "wait and see if they get better." I believe the only reason he said this is because he was running behind and did not want to cut into his lunch time. I do not think patients are his priority, and I will not be going back to see him ever again.
