I had a terrible experience with my visit at her office. There is an employee named Celeste who is extremely rude to patients and coworkers. I hopefully will never be visiting her office again.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Betz and her staff throughout my appointment. There are clearly issues and personal tensions with the front desk staff. One woman in particular is rude to her coworkers and there is no attempt from anyone to hide their disputes. Although I was pleased at how quickly I was able to get in with Dr. Betz, it is no surprise that I was able to get a next day appointment as it seems they are struggling to build and maintain a clientele. Once Dr. Betz found out I had an appointment with an ophthalmologist, she questioned why I would want to see them because she could basically do the same things for me. It was obvious that she felt threatened that I would take my take my business elsewhere, because she mentioned that although they have a nice selection of glasses, she can provide the same services as an ophthalmologist. I found this to be extremely inappropriate, rude, and wrong. Optometrists ophthalmologists have different training, and it was not her place to try to manipulate a patient into seeing her for medical issues that she is not qualified to address. Needless to say, I would absolutely not recommend Dr. Betz to anyone.

I had my eyes checked with Dr. Betz and was very pleased. She is very knowledgeable and strives to solve/ diagnose your problems. The staff were very kind and professional. Their glasses were very organized and had a fairly large selection to choose from.

Dr. Betz is always professional and well trained in the latest approaches to eye health. She is personable (yet focused) and I see her to be an effective business woman. One member of her office staff, however, is always abrupt and flippant (and not as knowledgeable about insurance, etc., as she thinks she is). Unfortunately, I know one patient that Betz lost over this long-time office staff member.

Very disappointed-and still after almost two months don't have my glasses!!!! They goofef on my prescrition for my glasses-I was on medicaid-so my glasses were covered-I also paid for another pair - I went back to them and they immediately fixed the botched prescription glasses that i paid cash for-they were back in a week-the sent my other ones back to get fixed and claim that medicare wont fix them....YET....they are the ones that goofed up my prescription....so THEY should fix these glasses for me....they think that since medicaid paid for my glasses that I dont need that extra pair...Im highly disappointed- The Dr. should just fess up to goofing on my prescript. and fix my glasses......how in the world will I ever get them back??

She is quite persistent and tries to get it (your diagnosis) right. She takes the time to explain your options.
