This dentist told me that I had to go to a specialist for a pulp test to see if I needed a root canal on a cracked molar tooth . He refused to fix my tooth unless I had the test done. I was told by the specialist that I do not need a root canal. I called to make the appointment to have my tooth filled and was told I may need a crown.. I asked if they have a payment plan because crowns are very expensive. I was told no by Kathy. She told me if the dentist said I needed the crown I had to get it. She was very nasty and unprofessional. She also told me to find a dentist who has a payment plan.. Most dentists do have payment plans and they do not. Kathy was very rude to me on the phone and I think they are out to get all the money they can out of their patients.

This dentist told me I had cavities that I did not really have. He told me I had 12 cavities, to make some off of me. Meanwhile, I went to get a second opinion after he drilled three of my teeth, and I was told from the second doctor I went to that I did not have any cavities. So I immediately stopped going to Eberhardt. Now the fillings he put in broke while I was eating something as soft as spaghetti. I do not suggest him at all. Now I cannot eat on the right side of my mouth because of him.

Great dentist. Was very patient and calming-got me through my fear. Staff was very kind and helpful as well. Highly recommend.
