Set m,e up for a test they (after the fact didn't even offer) stated after receiving my insurance card (saying it would cover the test). after coming back to Texas from our home in Mexico to find I had been turned over to a collection agency. I called, Cecilia ( the billing manager) a rude and unethical person to say the least who wouldn't listen to any reason demanding a HIGH balance to settle. I am now faced with possibly having to file legal action to get justice in this matter? I haven't met Dr. Soto, but wrote her a letter stating the test they did perform was denied by the DPS making the test a moot situation in the first place for me. I Can NOT recommend this clinic! A waste of my time for a service that did not benefit me in any way, but was thrown under the bus by Cecilia whom acts more like a used car lot collection agent.
