Doctor Zorn operated on me 3 times, one of the busiest people alive so yes you may have to wait to see her. Awesome, caring, and very professional.

Dr Z was amazing for my breast reduction. The recovery time and pain medication schedule were spot on. She told me my boobs would be beautiful and she was right. If you are looking for a professional who knows what she is doing, this is the Dr. for you.

I had an initial assessment Dr. Zorn, and from the minute I walked in, Dr. Zorn's receptionists were friendly and polite. After a very small wait, Dr. Zorn escorted me to one of the examining rooms and quickly returned for my assessment. She was polite, understanding and patient while answering questions, and thoroughly explained the procedure. After this interaction, I feel confident that Dr. Zorn is the right doctor for me.

Dr. Zorn was pleasant, funny & extremely professional during my initial visit & subsequent procedure. I returned to have my stitches removed & I am very happy with the results! I was seen on all three occasions pretty close to my scheduled times. Staff were accommodating, professional & friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Zorn!

Honestly I don’t have one bad thing to say about dr Zoern. I went In yesterday for my pre opp and she could tell I was struggle emotionally. After walking through each step of what to expect during and after
My surgery, the apt turned into a therapy session. I felt noticed and more Importantly heard!! Thank you dr Zorn for being there me!

It depends what you’re looking for in a doctor.
Dr. Zorn was referred to me by a family member who did her breast reduction years ago. So I was comfortable with knowing she’s been doing it for a long time. Her bedside manners aren’t great. Lol she’s definitely not the nurturing type throughout my pre op BUT she was very nice to me right before my surgery and afterwards. She also is not punctual. I was an hour and a bit delayed with my surgery, and the nurses will tell you she is always late. With all of this… I would still recommend her. She knew what she was talking about and she did an AMAZING job on my breast reduction. I would rather go to her again than look for another doctor because of her results. She doesn’t coddle you or help with the anxiety with getting surgery but she knows what she’s doing when you’re on that bed. I had a smooth recovery. Reading some of the ratings I do agree she could be nicer but… I’d rather have a late not nurturing doctor than lopsided breasts.

She is the rudest most arrogant person I have ever encountered in my life. She has absolutely no bedside manner. I would not recommend her for anything. If you are tired of looking after “us little people” maybe you should retire. During our first visit we waited three hours beyond our appointment time and we were told we had another hour to go. We left! The second appointment she accused us of not coming to our first appointment. We told her we waited three hours and she still wasn’t available so we left. It’s amazing how doctors think their time is more important than our time. Four hours to wait to be seen by a doctor is ridiculous.

Dr. Zorn is an amazing doctor. She did my breast reduction and explained everything and answered all my question. Her staff are so kind and very helpful. I can't believe the bad reviews here. I highly recommend getting your breast reduction with Dr. Zorn.

Do not go here if you're not a tiny skinny person with a near "perfect" body already. She was rude, told me to lose a literally impossible amount of weight and then never called me back. Told me she was going to resubmit my funding for a surgery, and just dropped me completely.
