Not only is Dr. Alonso UNPROFESSIONL, RUDE, DISHONEST (blaming her own mistakes on her staff), and unwilling to take young adult seriously, but she NEEDS TO BE RE-EDUCATED IN HER FIELD. Even after repeating my background at the beginning of each session (she either loses the information, has amnesia, or can't read her own notes), which is a chronic pain condition, she prescribed me a medication that has a VERY SERIOUS INTERACTION with ibuprofen that she did not warn me about. Luckily I have a knowledgeable pharmacist who knew how to help me after I started experiencing very strange symptoms, or I COULD HAVE DIED. She is the WORST DOCTOR of any kind I have ever seen. She has kept me WAITING FOR OVER 2 HOURS (with an appointment), and has also cancelled on me last minute. If you need a prescription refill, be prepared to wait for two weeks while she and her INCOMPETENT STAFF fumble over the fax from your pharmacy.
