Dr. Yergler lacks compassion and professionalism. Instead, these traits are replaced with arrogance and a dismissive attitude. He did not give me the time of day or attention. I had no chance to ask questions about my prognosis, treatment options. I tried to ask a question, but he was already walking out the door and essentially dismissed my question by mumbling some response as his back was to me and he walked to the next patient. Additionally, when he first got to the the room, he immediately went with his assistant to the computer and started dictating to her. Then, he left to review another patient's x-rays. I can't say enough how rude and dismissive this man is. He has no business interacting with patients. I get it, he may be a great surgeon, but he doesn't make people feel better. The one thing you want when leaving the doctor is to feel better (even if it's just being heard), but with him, I felt way worse walking out of the clinic.

I would not have him do anything! He is rude and would not even look at me while I was there! I walked out and went to another Dr at So Bend Orthopedic who didn’t have a BIG ego as Michael Yergler! He will not care about a rating because he thinks he’s too great!!!

Dr Michael Yergler is a terrible dr!! He looked at my blown up knee (fluid) and asked what happened, as I started to tell him (literally got 2 words out) he turned away and started talking to the nurse. He never even let me say what happened. He order X-rays for no reason. He rushed in and out of the room, and when he drained my knee he didn’t wait for anesthesia to work at all, I flinched at the needle and he yelled at me. This was the worst care I have ever had from a dr.!! He gave me no instructions whatsoever to do in recovery and wouldn’t answer my questions (that I tried to hurriedly get in as he was flying out the door). He wasn’t in a rush bc I could here him talking in the hall about his grandkids as soon as he left my room. Do not go to this guy if you want good care!!

HORRIBLE doctor. Would never recommend him to anyone. No bedside manner, does listen to patient, worse now then before surgery, maybe spends 1 minute in the room with you. He is arrogant and doesn't know or doesn't care about what he does.

Dr Mike Yergler has seen our family for years. My niece has been having problems with her leg for quite some time. Dr Mike Yergler was able to come up with a diagnosis after tests and scheduled her for surgery at my niece's convenience. He had her back to her busy schedule in no time at all! Dr. Mike Yergler is very knowledgeable in his field and is able to promptly get you into his office when you have a problem. He and his office staff are very kind and efficient. I would recommend Dr. Yergler to everyone! Thank you to Dr Mike and his staff for taking excellent care of our family all these years!

I am 4 and a half months into breaking my tib/fib and I had surgery 5 days post break. My break is not healing and he doesn't tell me anything at my appointments. He runs in the room, says "i'll get there" and then he leaves, like a tornado. I feel very sorry that is the doctor I got assigned to from the ER. Currently searching for another doctor so I can begin getting proper care.

Had shoulder surgery 3 months ago. Still having a lot of pain, stiffness, and now pain going down my entire arm. His officer visits are less then 5 min. Does not seemed concerned with what you have to say, or any questions you have. Currently looking for another Dr for a second opinion. Would NEVER recommend him to anyone.
