Dr did her job but I wouldn’t say it’s a WOW. But the worse thing about my one time visit is the mean front desk beast. Unprofessional and doesn’t want to really do her job to go after insurance. Instead she makes you call insurance and get them to call her. She harasses me 9 months after my visit expecting to pay what insurance didn’t pay. She states that my insurance didn’t pay the amount asked for. I told her that dr was in network and I did my co pay. Whatever insurance pay to the office was none of my business.

Words cannot express how pleased I am with Dr. Chen. I have never had acupuncture before. In pain for months (Pins & needles, weakness, fatigue, and Migraines from bulging discs and high blood pressure) I noticed a difference after my first visit. Note I opted for acupuncture because I refuse to take pharmaceuticals.

So far I have moving my legs much more since I have been going to Dr. Chen. It has been about 10 visits, and I more told by others then I am looking and doing much better.
