Well-equiped office with in-house ultrasound and other lab equipment (e.g. can do blood glucose test at his office). Charged $10 for the gel used in ultrasound (said it was not covered by insurance). This was a first as my other OB never charged for this. Will he charge for the equipment used for the delivery as well? There are always many patients so the waiting time can be very long. You will more likely see the other doctors rather than Dr. Patel but this is not a big deal to me. Overall, an ok place.

Very good knowledge on his expertise. But, too many patients. Everything has to be done in his office (like ultrasound, blood work etc). NO receipts. Since there are too many patients in his office, there are other docs who might check you.

Doctor is good, but major down side is too many patients, and some wrongful practices like taking money in disguise of lab work, for which they do not give recipt. Doctor would not let any tests/ultra sound from out side, his staff would do every thing. Kind of jack of all. In my case after ultrasound, technician declared we are going to have a Girl, but we have a boy. Doctor could not take our emergency call, but some other docter took it and advised to take rest in home and not to come to hospital inspite of worry, we had premature baby due to this negligence by doctors other staff. Kirit Patel docters office has other doctors and you will end up having check ups with them, rather than Kirit Patel
