She gives a thorough exam. She listens. Her eye glass fitting staff person is why we left the practice. I wanted rimless and she kept telling me they are no longer in style. She would not ask their frame representative to leave samples for me. I knew exactly what I wanted so it wasn't like I gave her a general description. Very uncooperative.
