My husband and I were both seeing Dr. Burgess but decided to find a new Dentist. When we first started seeing him we had issues with the office manager (she canceled our appointments without asking us because she was angry with my husband) we also had problems with the billing department getting irritated with us for asking questions about our bill. Even with those problems we kept going because we thought he was a good dentist, although we had a few concerns. Then he moved his office and the focus of his practice seemed to change from general dentistry to implants. He no longer has time to actually spend with patients and his attitude toward us has changed. Before he seemed overly friendly but ok, this past year he has been nothing but rude and inconsiderate, condescending and impatient. I myself no longer trust him to do what is in my best interest for my dental care and I refuse to pay anyone to talk to me or treat me the way he has been. I think he forgot that we were paying him for a service, instead he seems to think he is above everyone especially his patients.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! The service is horrible and do not expect quality dental work because you are rushed!

I've gone to Dr. Burgess for almost 5 years. I have found his work to be exemplary. I have received 2 Bridges and 3 Crowns at the hands of Dr. Burgess and his efficient and caring staff. Not everything is always perfect at first fitting--but after the final adjustments his work is always the best.

I left his practice at one time to find closer dentists in South Huntsville. My mistake. I could not find the care nor the expert handling of my insurance and concern by the staff.

There system of reminders is state of the art--I need all the reminding I can get. The hygienists and assistants do quality work. The office is managed in a caring and professional matter mixing genuine concern with good business practice.

AWESOME STAFF AND DOCTOR. He and his staff are very soothing, if you are nervous they will do everything they can to make you comfortable. He's very gentle.
