I have been going to Dr. Knoell for approx. 8-9yrs. andI have always found he and his staff to be polite and Dr.Knoell has always been great. I see him every 6mos. for skin cancer. Staff has been wonderful and helpful. Insurance is somewhat confusing when my husband sees him. For some reason Medicare and Cigna and Dr. office always differ on what we owe. I always need to call. Maybe it is me but, I never leave confused. Opinions are a matter of who WE are and how our day has been and that goes for the Dr. and/or staff also. I admit it is a busy practice and sometimes it ti a hard wait esp. if you are trying to see him on a LUNCH break.

Very busy waiting room, found out there was an appointment scheduled both ten minutes before and after mine. Dr. Knoell doesnt communicate well with his staff, relies on them to make calls without providing the correct information and is a poor listener. He knows what he is doing but his demeanor was very off-putting.

Dr. Knoell knows his stuff and spent alot of time with me to work on my needs. He is a very busy doctor which does make it hard to get appointments, but it's because he's so good at what he does.

Impossible to get appointments, staff in his medical office inexperienced, with attitude. The unorganized office and long waiting times and rude staff made me to look for another Dr.
