I've never met a dentist more anxious to get you in the chair right now, discourage getting a second opinion, out and out lie about taking some dental insurance and then charge nearly double what he had said. He also was late to two of three appointments, stopped in the middle to answer the phone, and to top it off a different dentist and an oral surgeon have both said the bridge he put in has to be taken out less than 8 months later because there ewas decay under the tooth. Terrible dentist---go ANYWHERE else.

Rinaldi did not explain anything. I had to go back in to have the rest of a tooth he pulled out finished. he left part of the root, still didn't get all of it and had to go to another dentist to finish the job. Never gave me any pain medicine, for after the procedure. Kept saying it was a dry socket, it was several larges pieces of the root left behind. Very rude. The charged my insurance for more procedures then what they actually did. I am having my insurance look into this dentist.

Went to Dr. Rinaldi recently and I regret not looking at his reviews before I decided to use his practice. He is by far the least caring Dentist that I have EVER used. I felt he did not care at all if he hurt me during my procedure. The most painful injections I have ever had. He did not explain anything!!!!! Every other dentist I have gone to no matter how busy briefly explained what we were about to do. Not this guy! He seemed annoyed if I asked him something. He never asked me how I was doing but demanded that I sit still when he could tell I was choking on the water running down my throat. He kept answering his cell phone during the procedure and was very abrupt with me when my phone rang one time! He does not have an assistant. Who sanitizes the patient care room between patients?? You can bet it's not the Dr. himself. I am very unhappy with this guy and would not encourage anyone I know to become a patient.

The wait in the office was a bit long as to be expected at the dentist but at least the receptionist was pleasant :) Dr. Rinaldi was very knowledgable. I need a lot of work done and will not go to anyone else to have the work done. Very comfortable atmosphere.

My experience was TERRIBLE with this dentist. Only patient in the office and I was seen 40 minutes after my appointment time. Very abrupt - almost through my chart when I said I wanted a second opinion. I was hoping to find a dentist in my area that I could begin treatment with and possibly for my grandson. I would not send an animal to this dentist! I have never experienced going to a dentist like this before and am so glad I went with my "gut" and got out of there as fast as I could!

I saw Him in his bennett office He was very Nice he is very efficient I liked that he also showed me what I needed to get done right away and what I can hold off on Some talk about his rude or lack of staff his office manager was one of the nicest people I ever had the chance to meet she was very professional and had a smile on the hole time i was in the office not rude once

Do not go to see Dr. Rinaldi!!! He is a fly by night type of guy who just wants cash.There was no staff at all he was doing it all,working on a persons mouth & also getting up to answer the office phone which was his cell phone? really! he didnt explain anything at all just pulled teeth didnt give any antibiotics at all for the infection i had,and said come back in 2 weeks no after care instuctions Nothing!!!!He is not a dentist i would ever go back to at all.

Absolutely awesome and caring staff, they are very thorough in explaining procedures and answering any questions you may have. Dr. Rinaldi was awesome as well got me through my root canal that I was very nervous about without pain and did a great job!

Poor staff? What staff?! There is no staff! Very hard to get a hold of. Not on time. Very unfriendly dentist. Horrible "chair-side" manner. I wouldn't recommend him to any family member or friend I care about. Please google this man! I did AFTER my horrible experience, and I wish I would have done so BEFORE I stepped foot in his office.
