My husband went for keratoconus evaluation. We were initially pleased with the seeming thorough examination. When contacts came in however, the doctor said something to effect, "there, now isn't that better?", to which my husband replied that it was no better at all. Doctor was dismissive and patronizing. Hubby tried to get contacts out as did staff and no one was able. When doctor returned he asked if hubby wasn't even going to try taking them out. My husband, usually calm and collected, was so angry when he left that he was shaking. He took our money (lots of it) , we got nothing. We will never return.

No better, he really cares and remembers who you are. I couldn't be happier or feel safer in trusting my eyesight to him

He is the most kind, gentile, happy, helpful, informative, caring, among many other positive qualities. He is great with children as well. I have 4 kids and 2 grand babies that see him. He is a very patient man! Our households will continue to see him.

Went there for contacts, appointment went well and seemed very pleased. I was told they would take 7-10 days to come in (I paid in advance), we're on month 4 now and my contacts still aren't in, and when I call no one answers the phone, I'm going to make a personal visit and cancel my order and never going back.

While some of the staff is nice, others cannot be bothered and are plain rude. The gal who did my son's glasses last time did not do the pupilary distance. When the frames start to ravel or coating comes undone within a year, the girl tells me there's nothing we can do. Thinking of switching to a different Dr. Now.

I have taken my child there twice now and both times they were courteous and polite. The Dr was very knowledgable in eye drifting in children and prisms to help fix this. Very pleased!
