Don't waste your time if you have Multiplan marked anywhere on your card. Apparently the office staff doesn't know how to let people know what ins they decided not to take even though they are providers for it. Based on the reviews below I should consider myself lucky.

Dr Hong is knowledgeable and very punctual. Sometimes too much. Her care has started to diminish in the past few years and she seems a little too bitter to be a doctor. She seems to care more about timing of appointments then taking the time to listen to the patient and work through the issues and concerns.

By far the worst doctor and staff that I have ever seen the lady in the front is very rude and would refuse to return part of the money I paid since the insurance told me I was not suppose to pay that much and she refuse to call the insurance company again then there is the doctor who is the worst doctor I have everseen she throws fits and is very rude to her patient, I warn everyone out there to think twice of going to this doctor

You're taking your chances with this doctor. Think again! I thought it was odd when her staff was never the same from visit to visit..., then I witnessed her with another patient throwing a fit - not the patient, the doctor. I bet she did this with her staff. My spouse walked out of her office one day when she heard her speaking horribly to an fragile older man. I believe she is Bi-polar and with such a powerful position, she is dangerous. Obviously, my family changed our physician. Beware folks!!

Sometimes, the doctor can be moody, but overall, am happy with the doctor and staff. Maria (who answers the phone, takes payments, etc.) is EXCELLENT!

The office is closed on Friday and the answering service states for me to call back during normal hours. When I called on Monday to cancel the appointment they charged a no show charge of 30.00 for that days appointment. The reason the appointment was canceled was the specialist she referred me to moved my appointment at the last minute.
