Dr. Raab was amazing! We were on vacation in the area when my 20 month old son took a fall and chipped a tooth. He fit us in and took care of my son. I can't say enough about how great and reassuring he was. The receptionist on the other hand was rather nasty to me. Wish they had someone with a little more compassion to match Dr. Raab's!

Very unhappy! They told me that they can see my child in six weeks! My daughter needs a root canal and is in pain, also has an abcess. Where is the compassion for an eight year old in pain!

very unhappy today! Have had a wonderful experience up until today! My poor son (6) woke up with an abcess. Yesterday office was closed and today dr in surgery and Im not even able to get a call back from the doctor per the office staff. Two days in pain for a 6 year old is terrible let alone for an adult. Thier website evensays call the office and the dr will call your back promptly...well thats a lie.

Both of my boys have been seeing Dr. Raab for years. My older son had an unhappy experience with a different pediatric dentist... DR Raab's staff is cheerful and the office is geared to towards working with children. They can choose from fun flavored tooth pastes and fluorides... Each child has a television and can watch cartoons while going thru their various treatments. Dr Raab is kind, patient and knowledgeable. Great experience.

Our daughter was seeing our family dentist and she had 4 cavities in 4 molars. Our family dentist tried to fix fill them but totally ruined her teeth. We took her to see Dr. Raab and she had to have 2 of the 4 pulled because they were drilled too deep and the other 2 capped. He explained what should have happened and what he would have done. Our mistake was not going here first. A family dentist is not a children's dentist.

My daughter wanted to switch to this office for the kid friendly waiting area. I was uncomfortable how he handled her cavity on a baby tooth. I should have listened to my instincts. The second cavity was filled on an adult tooth and my daughter had severe pain for days after. I listened to my gut the second time and brought her back to our original dentist. She is know in need of a root canal.
