Appointment was more than an hour late. Doctor was never able to diagnose health issue. Staff was not able to give accurate billing information. Insist on line by line billing and go over it scrupulously, there were charges for tests that were never run, and even getting a pulse oximetry reading (consisting of a reusable plastic tool clipped on a finger for about a minute) cost $22.
