I was unable to meet the Dr. And I don't want to because of extremely Rude staff. I wanted to be a new patient because he was close and reviews seemed ok. I asked the receptionist how long of a wait to see the Dr. Since he was on my Humana plan but she said he was on vacation, she recommend Dr Cole, and I asked her if he accepts my Humana and she said "That's not my Job, your responsible for verifying Humana" she was rude, and unhelpful, unfortunately I can't remember her name. I have had many doctors over the years and this is the first time I have had someone refuse to tell me if a doctor accepts a insurance. What kind of a facility won't tell you what insurances they accept? The Dr should fire her because she is hurting there business. A receptionist is the first point of contact and should represent the dr and she was rude and unprofessional and she caused the Dr. Too loose a patient.

Awesome doctor! I have been to 3 other doctors in the past 4 months and they all wrote me off with anxiety meds. Dr. Ensley took a lot of time to go over everything I brought in with me. He was very thorough. He didn't rush me. He went through every possibility with me. I will be going back and my husband is going to switch to him too. Every person we came into contact with in his office was very friendly. We didn't have to wait long in the waiting room or exam room. A+ doctor and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Ensley and his staff have been a blessing to me. I have been seen by a few doctors before and never gotten results. Previuos doctors had dismissed me and only racked up my at the time- out of pocket expenses-- with un-necessary x-rays. Dr. Ensley has taken me in and made me feel important and human! He has listened and study my extensive medical history and has and still is exploring every possible avenue of treatment. He has a want to attitude and seems to still remember why he became a doctor in the first place-- to help people. I have read the previuos comment of the person feeling the opposite of this with Dr. Ensley, and in his defense he is not a Psychiatrist, he is an Internal medicine doctor. But for me, he has been very personable, professional, attentive, and healing. I am very happy to have found him!! And I have recommended him to many of my friends whom have been seeking a primary doctor, and they too feel the same!! Two thumbs up Dr. Ensley!!

Hands down the BEST doctor out there!! Spent over an hour with me at each appt, never rushed me, went through every problem and helped me get to the bottom of all of them. He is what ALL doctors should be, he is what the Hippocratic oath is all about. I will miss him terribly.

I would not recommend him as a GP/PCP. This man did nothing more than treat me like a pill seeker when I already a treatment plan in place. Usually, Dr.s like to listen to your breathing and check your heart when you have a presenting heart problem. When a patient tells you the medications they are currently using to treat multiple problems, you should never try to alter that course of treatment, especially if said treatment is WORKING. Not once during my first visit did I get my heart checked, pretty sure this doctor did not have my files prior to meeting with me. If you have any mental illness I would have to advise DO NOT GO to this DR. If you want pain pills galore, then I recommend that's your guy. He will test you and treat you with whatever he seems to think is the right pain medication without fail. However, I will not be going back. Personally I don't care which Dr you use, but with mental health issues; this is NOT the Dr you want in your corner.

DR Ensley has helped me more once with a variety of different issues. From injuries to illness's. He is personable and very knowledgeable. He takes time to make sure you understand what the problem is, what caused it, and what the possible solutions are. His staff is very friendly and make sure you feel like a person instead of just another patient. I am always happy with the service they provide.
