Amazing Doctor!!! Would absolutely recommend her to anyone. Couldn’t imagine having my baby delivered by anyone else

So happy to have found a GP as caring, understanding, who will listen and if you are unsure of the treatment she will offer alternatives that suit you better work full explanation on the pros and cons. Dr Renwick is always on time and makes time to listen. She is the best , and I have lived in different provinces. Dr Renwick Cares. Yes it is sometimes hard to get an appointment and that is because she is so very good . Thank you for your care and being my MD .

Rated other criteria highly because I was unable to meet with her in person. I was to be transferred to her when I found out I was pregnant, but she refused to meet with me when I indicated a preference for caesarean by maternal request. I’m sure she’s a great practitioner, but wanted to caution that she does not seem interested in providing this type of health care. For awareness for other expecting parents!

Lack of understanding of issues that are going on. Her answer to everything is “you should consider birth control” She always pushes for birth control despite always telling her no.
Lack of appointments available as she is always away. Even if you get an appointment another doctor calls on behalf.

I have had a lot of family doctors over the years, some terrible, some just okay, but Dr. Renwick is by far the best family doctor I've ever had. She is friendly, attentive, compassionate, and always makes me feel comfortable talking to her about almost any issue without judgement or in a condescending tone. She does not hesitate to refer you to a specialist to get a second opinion on something, and she is always quick to reply through the online communication portal. This has been huge for me because it saves me a trip to the clinic! This is important because the only negative thing is that her hours are not as readily available, so if you need to see her in a few days, you either have to use their urgent care where you might see a Nurse Practitioner (which I never have a problem with) or you can wait a little longer for your appointment. That's why I love their online portal service for any questions I have that does not require a diagnosis. The office staff there is also incredibly organized with their online booking system, so I hardly ever have to wait to see Dr. Renwick. She is never late and always punctual. I can't recommend her enough.

Caring, professional and a great person all around. She makes you feel like she truly wants the best outcome for you and is very competent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to family and friends.

Excellent doctor. When she doesn't know she will find and refer without hesitation which most doctors wait too long and then your problem is out of control, so you can get the best care possible. Our family has had no issues with the clinic under her care. Easy to get an appointment and never have to wait. Always listening to concerns and never passing judgment on your health.

Dr. Renwick arranged for me to get an injection in her clinic.
The nurse was not being attentive or careful so I asked the nurse if that was the correct shot for me as she was administering it. She immeditely pulled the needle away from my arm. She then checked my charts and went and found the correct shot just for me.
I told Dr. Renwick about it and her response was mistakes can happen.
That mistake could have killed me and she was not concerned about it at all.
The other problem that I have is their increasing dependence on Nurse Practitioners when the doctor is not in the office, which seems to be a regular occurrence with her.
These nurse practitioners all seem to have a god-like attitude that they are infallible.
I am always spoken to in a condescending manner and I do not need an overweight snot-nosed nurse speaking to me like that when she obviously does not take care of her own health.
I have since left the care of Dr. Renwick and have found a doctor who works every day of the week and not part time like Dr. Renwick. I feel lucky to have gotten out of there with my life.

First time pregnancy and she was so caring and understanding when I had some minor scares. Highly recommend!
