not thorough at all and spent more time counseling other staff members regarding their inter-office drama during my appointment than in front of me. yes, I actually heard them through the thin walls - she left to go speak to a staff member in the middle of my appointment and the conversation wasn't urgent or medical related.

Beware. Horrible results. From treatment. They don’t answer the phone or return voicemails.

Dr. Price is all about saving people from cancer and she conducts herself in a very business like manner. The front desk is very helpful and pleasant.

At times I have to wait but I always receive great service. She always asks me if I have noticed any changes or problem areas and always listens to me. I go every 6 months for a full body exam and she does it fairly fast but not sure it should take any longer as she looks over every part of my body. I have never once been asked to but any beauty products. Dr. Price is nice and very helpful when my daughter had to have moles removed and was scared. She was patient with her as I am sure some doctors would not have been.

I think she is the best dermatologist in the area. She listens and does the most thorough skin exam. I trust her recommendations. Her staff really cares and I always feel at home there.

I switched to Dr. Price after being with a large practice for a long time and dealing with those people are like dealing with a hospital mentality. I switched to have the more one on one feel and more attentiveness to my needs and my family's needs. My husband has a history with melanoma, so we all are on top of dermatology check ups. I found Dr. Price to be friendly, she listened to all of our complaints, and yes she does use the Obagi products, but I didn't feel any pressure. I did purchase them and yes they are very expensive, but I've learned that you get what you pay for! My results have been incredible! Much improved after only three months and all your follow up visits related to that product are at no charge! So yes, she does make money off the product, but she doesn't on her follow up visits so it all is a balance. My teenage boys have had pre-cancerous moles removed and then re-exsized after getting bad path reports back. I can't believe the negative comments she gets for not being through! She has seen five of my six family members and treated us all wonderfully. I guess I'm just not needing my hand to be held and don't need my butt patted. I find it awful that people review doctors for their bed side manner, I'm not there for my ego; I'm there to get a problem addressed and taken care of. The office staff has never been rude and they are nothing but nice at every visit and we've had a lot in the last six months. I've never had to wait a long amount of time at any visit and in fact on one of my Obagi recheck visits, she saw me for a problem unrelated and wrote me a prescription for that problem. I know there are several bad reviews here, but I just don't get it! This office is the best and I would recommend anyone here!

Called for a first time appointment and was able to get in the next day. Appointment was right on time. I felt the doctor was completely thorough, knowledgeable, and was very interested in any of my concerns. I completely don't have any idea why previous ratings were poor unless things have changed. The front office personnel were very friendly also. I would never rate the doctor as cold. What are these people expecting, someone to entertain them? She did discuss products like sunscreen but that is because my issues were all related to the sun. I received samples but was not pushed into buying anything. I welcome a practice that can improve on anything to make me healthier. Great place. I would recommend it to anyone.

I wish I had read the reviews before seeing Dr Price. What the others said is completely true about her lack of attention. I would also add that women at the front desk was more interested in replying to her Facebook then taking care of us customers.

I read lots of reviews online about this practice and decided to keep my appointment anyway. Well its true what the previous reviewers are saying. I went in for checkup and learned more about obagi and other very expensive products they sell. Even the old blonde lady in the front office tried to talk to me about products as I was checking out. really??? They must make alot of money off of them. As far as the doctor.... meh.... i guess cold is the best way to describe her. Next time I will go to another Greenville doctor.

More interested in selling sun screen products then dealing with my issues. Rude as well to her staff in front of me, I wouldn't work with her for all the money in the world. Waited over an hour to get in as well. What can I say... I will never return, awful experience.
