Didnt offer me anything; missed an order. Called back 3 months later to get a copy of order, front staff told me I had to see Dr. to get order again. Walked out the same way I went in, could've at least offered an NSAID. If you go here, I recommend Babcock instead. Made another appt, they called to confirm, I tried to resched and they said it would be easier to just cancel and call back. duh

First class office and nurse staff. It is nice to have a doctor actually listen to you and help with what works best for you. If you are looking for a doctor on the Kenai Peninsula I would highly recommend him and his office. A+ 5***** :-)

I needed a Dr in Kenai and saw the rating previously posted so decided to see Dr. Rullman. I can just say "ditto" for that last rating. He gave me his full attention during my visit an never made me feel rushed. He allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to ask. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Dr. Rullman is smart, kind, thorough, personable, responsive, and down to earth. His office staff members are dynamite. I can't recommend him highly enough.
