Never return calls for appt with established patient, didn’t return email request for appointment, so when calling today was told over a month!! Much too busy for us coomon established patients.

Had repeated visits for keratoses with no change done by her PA. Had repeated visits to remove basal cell and now have an ugly scar on my face. Will have to have plastic surgery now to fix it.
