GREEDY!!!The office manager and their policies are awful! My two children were patients of hers for several months. First of all, any time they have to call in or write a prescription outside of your appointment times, there is a $25 fee per prescription! They have other outragous fees as well. Because of a calendar mistake, I accidentally missed an appointment. They charged me 270.00. After trying to talk to the office manager about this, I was told that there would be no solution other than to pay. However, after speaking to the doctor, she waived BOTH fees. This didn't last long though. After the office manger found out he discussed my "case" within earshot of myself and other patients. Within two days, I received a letter stating that she "changed her mind" and I was going to have to pay. RIDICULOUS!
